• Responsibilities：

1. Travel frequently with the Chairman and engage with government agencies, enterprises and partners in China and overseas. Lead business negotiations, project discussions and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to conduct real-time business communication, negotiations and problem-solving entirely in English.

2. Structure negotiation strategies and proposals, manage commercial terms, responsibilities and implementation timelines, and drive cross-border projects from negotiation to signing and execution.

3. Develop and maintain high-level business relationships, identify new cross-border opportunities and build a stable partnership ecosystem.

4. Independently draft and review bilingual cooperation frameworks, project agreements and business documents, supporting compliance reviews and mitigating cross-border cooperation risks.

• Department: AI Product Development

• Responsibilities：

1. Develop AI models, algorithms and AI agent capabilities for the food industry, participating in requirements analysis, algorithm design and implementation.

2. Conduct data processing, model training and algorithm optimization across food raw materials, equipment, supply chains and industry data.

3. Participate in the development of AI recommendation, intelligent matching, knowledge base and decisionsupport systems, driving the application of AI capabilities in real-world business scenarios.

4. Track developments in large language models, machine learning and AI agent technologies, and explore innovative applications of AI in the food industry.
